2009 - 12 RAM® 1500 grille or Warlock/Rebel RAM® 1500 grille
4th gen RAM® 2500/3500 headlight fillers or RAM® 1500 Warlock/Rebel headlight fillers 
The truck itself (of course)
 
If desired, you can run a 4th gen 2500 / 3500 grille with a 2500 / 3500 hood for the full HD front-end conversion.
